To ensure a smooth and efficient visit at Gulf Coast Pediatrics, we've gathered some key information about our practice policies.

Important Details for Your Appointment

  • Bring your current insurance card and a photo ID to every visit. This helps us register and treat you promptly.
  • For a first visit, the patient's parent or legal guardian must be present.
  • Patients under 18 must always be accompanied by an adult.
  • If you haven't completed new patient paperwork online, please arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment.
  • Missed First Appointments: If you miss your child's initial appointment without prior notification, we won't be able to schedule future appointments.
  • Immunization Policy: Our physicians firmly believe in the importance of immunizations. All patients must be up-to-date on their immunizations to remain patients at Gulf Coast Pediatrics.
